Senior Program Manager – Keep Them Safe – Aboriginal Intensive Family Based Services (IFBS)
This position is a temporary appointment up to 12 months
This is a senior management position within the organisation. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate experience in delivering project outputs in the government or non-government sector. The position encompasses the overall management of the set up of four new IFBS services around the state working in partnership with Community Services. A thorough knowledge and understanding of the non government sector, especially related to the Aboriginal out-of-home-care and child protection sector is required. The applicant needs to have an understanding of child protection issues and current legislation trends and has extensive experience in project development in Aboriginal communities. The successful applicant will need to be able to undertake some travel and will require a current NSW driver’s license.
