AbSec provides policy advice to various government and non-government agencies on issues concerning Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children in circumstances that place these children or young people who are:

• At risk of entering Out of Home Care

• Residing in Out of Home Care

• Leaving Care

• After Care
